House Brined, Herb Roasted & Carved Free Range Turkey
Our turkeys are brined overnight in our house DERU brine. Roasted with local organic butter and chopped herbs. We carve the birds, so you don't have too! We have found through years of practice that this cooking method and serving style makes re-heating a breeze and results in a moist and successful turkey!

What to expect with a DERU carved turkey? The turkey breast is roasted, cooled and sliced in approximately 1/4" slices and presented shingled together. Dark meat from the turkey legs is browned and slow braised, cooled and picked. Braising results is moist flavorful meat, while also allowing us to get the most meat off the turkey leg. Wings are roasted and plated with your carved turkey.

SERVING SIZE:
HALF: Turkey serves 4 - 6 guests, approximately 10 - 14 oz per guest
WHOLE: Turkey serves 8 - 10 guests , approximately 12 - 16 oz per guest
DIETARY: gluten free, contains dairy, egg free
STORAGE: Store in refrigerator until 1 hour before cooking.
HEATING INSTRUCTIONS
Packaged in recyclable foil tin, oven safe.
