Butternut Squash Soup
DERU signature fall soup. Local organic butternut squash with ripe Tonnemaker farm pears, rosemary and sage. Soup is finished with organic cream and local butter. Topped with spiced pepitas (packaged on the side) Order as a side or vegetarian entree.
SERVING SIZE: 1 Quart / 32 oz. Serves 2-4 guests

STORAGE: Refrigerate soup until ready to heat. Store toasted pepitas at room temperature.
